Digital Service Delivery

eLuna is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.

After account creation and successful subscription activation, access to paid digital features is delivered through the user's eLuna account.

Free Preview Access

Free preview features are available after account creation. Free access may include limited readings, symbolic guidance previews, daily prompts, and other preview content.

Paid Feature Access

Paid features become available after subscription activation and account verification. Available features may depend on the plan selected, account status, and technical availability.

If payment processing is interrupted, delayed, reversed, canceled, or unsuccessful, paid access may be paused, downgraded, or unavailable.

Delivery Issues

If you believe your digital access was not delivered after subscription activation, contact support@myeluna.com. Include your account email, purchase date, amount, and any receipt or transaction details available.
