Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

To request cancellation of an eLuna trial or subscription, contact support@myeluna.com. Include the email address associated with your eLuna account so support can locate your subscription.

Cancellation requests should be sent at least 24 hours before a trial ends or a subscription renews. This helps us review the request before the next scheduled charge.

What Does Not Cancel a Subscription

Deleting browser data, removing an app shortcut, deleting local files, or simply stopping use of eLuna does not automatically cancel billing.

If subscription management tools become available in your account later, you may also follow the instructions shown there.

After Cancellation

When a cancellation is processed, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law or stated in the plan terms shown at checkout.

Support will provide confirmation or next steps after reviewing your request.

Refund Requests

Refund questions should be sent to support and are reviewed according to the Money-Back Policy, account status, subscription activity, payment records, and applicable law.

This Cancellation Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
